Friendly folks and a great place for supplies but don't buy tools from here unless you can return it quick. Bought an ace stapler that didn't function and they wouldn't refund or offer store credit past 30 days. Just had the lady throw it in the trash for me. For available supplies they are great but don't buy any tools here with the return policy.

We came in on Saturday late afternoon afer having had our car burglarized in Memphis on our way home to Kansas city. We needed to find a way to temporarily cover thw open window with clear plastic so we could still see through the window.

The blonde lady at the register was very helpful and kind.

The store was clean

The store rep didn't seem to know how to help me but I did find the materials to help me - said the obly option was a tarp for painting but the plastic was not see through. I suggesred the weather-proofing plastic and he said they wouldnt have anything like that. But they did have it and it worked perfectly

I went here a few days ago with my fiance, we had the intention of getting her a Stanley cup and getting in and out. Well, after talking to the wonderful people at ace, we ended up getting a new mallet and a cutting board along with the cup.

Everyone that works there is truly friendly and it’s an incredible store to just walk around in. They have pretty much anything you’d need and truly, I can’t stress this enough, every staff member I interacted with was helpful and everyone of them asked if I needed help. Truly incredible experience.

Would not recommend this business. Ordered a combo kit trimmer and blower that was marked in stock and was available for pickup. Once ordered it was an hour later i get an email saying they don’t have the item in stock and i would have to wait almost 5 days for it to come in. Another store had the item, so I requested a cancellation and would just go get it there. I called the store to confirm and the woman there was helpful, told me it had been cancelled and the refund would take 3-5 days to be returned. I asked for the corporate number to help speed that along as 5 days seemed ridiculous for an item they charged me for that they didn't even have. . When i called and talked to them, the guy on the other end did not seem very concerned and told me it would now take 7-10 days to get my money back. So somehow calling them doubled the time it would take to get a refund. I will admit my words to the man on the other end were not kind. If this seems like acceptable business practices to ACE, i would advise going to lowes or home depot.

Would not accept return from Gazaway Ace, despite the fact that the original piece was purchased at Ditta - understandable policy. However the shrug and eye roll from the cashier wasn’t appreciated after expressing my frustration in a calm and polite manner.

I had an experience in your Highland Drive, Jonesboro Arkansas store I wanted to share (and I fill out very few of these inquiries). I met and was helped by an employee named Danny. Without going into huge details, Danny is exactly the reason people will go to Ace Hardware before going elsewhere. Smart, courteous, knowledgeable and just a wealth of experience. He is what every manager should want from an employee. I'll be making Ace my first stop from now on and I hope this message will be forwarded to the right people to recognize Danny for his great work.
