After several months of pouring over kitchen remodel designs, choices, how to get started, I went to Barton’s for the first time and quickly realized I should have gone there much sooner. Harold and Nick listened to my wish list and the process began. Harold measured my kitchen, made much welcomed suggestions and collaborated with Nick on the design. We have been in contact with Barton’s several times during our home renovation. The first guy we talked with got back to us with a quote after just a day. We didn’t see him there the last time we were in. Nick started talking to us and we ended up deciding to do a cabinet quote along with the countertops. This came back fairly quickly. When it came time to actually order the countertops and get it paid for we couldn’t get a new quote from Nick in a timely manner.

Barton’s was fantastic to work with on our new construction. Ryan Hay was exceptional with flooring and tile design for baths and kitchen backsplash. Even in the middle of a pandemic, they kept us on track. Ken was amazing installing our cabinets. From lumber to finished product, they came through. They were also super friendly and accommodating on deliveries. We have a beautiful home and Barton’s Jonesboro is a huge part of that!

They were very helpful when I needed to replace my flooring. They gave me samples of several different vinyl patterns so that I could take them home and see how they would look inside my house.
They let me pay for my order and held it for me until I got a truck to pick it up.
I will definitely be returning for future home remodeling projects.

We built in 2021 during the supply chain challenges. But we were able to pull everything through Barton’s from lumber, roofing, drywall, floors and cabinets. All our doors and windows were measured right. Even with the very few punch items, the guys at Barton’s were able to get the repairs done quickly and done right.

We used Barton’s for our kitchen renovation and couldn’t be happier! We have an older home so it was difficult to blend the current floor with the newer tile, but Barton’s team did research for us and helped us find the perfect tile for our new kitchen!

Extremely poor customer service. Bartons is a very different company than they were 10 years ago. We built our first home in 2013/2014 almost exclusively using Bartons; at that time, we had great service. We attempted using Bartons again in 2020/2021, however got nowhere with multiple departments. The difference 7 years made was striking. We ultimately switched to Rideout and had no issues. Well (disclaimer: poor decision on our part), we ended up using Bartons for one item specifically for this last build. In hindsight, that was a mistake.

Whoever is in charge there at Bartons now needs to focus on fixing two things: Communication with customers and Accountability.
