Best experience I have had working with a courier service. They were at the location within 25 minutes, super communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure my package was properly received and handled correctly at the drop off point! 1-512-DELIVERY exceeded my expectations! They communicate with notifications every step of the way from pickup, to ETA when getting close to drop off, to arriving at the location, to delivery drop off AND with pictures that include map coordinates and time stamps! Impressive.

Just had an incredible experience with 512-DELIVER. Lucian on the phone was quick to place my same day order. Had it picked up in about an hour and was delivered to Round Rock in about 25mins. Kept me updated along the way via location on the map, text messages and a pics of drop off location. The driver called for a bit of needed communication with the administrator at the office and even returned to the window to update her of needed information. Was blown away by such amazing and dedicated service from start to finish.

Called and requested a specific style of delivery that is not a normal for this company. They explained pretty quickly that they would not be a good fit for our needs, HOWEVER they then spent a good 10 minutes discussing options (even giving another companies recommendation) and talking through the best way to arrange the deliveries we were looking for. This was after it was clear we would not be a paying customer. That's great customer service.

Best experience I’ve had with a courier service (or any service really). Lucian is a delight and the software updates they use to track the delivery is top notch. My client receiving the item is in her 90s and very much worried about whom would be picking/up dropping off at her home. The courier was “a joy” she said and the antique piece of furniture they delivered was in pristine condition. Can not appreciate these folks enough.
