Tripp was very quick to respond to my request for a price and the price was fair and reasonable. In addition because it was a smaller order, we were able to pick up the pallet racks we wanted same day. After making several calls to other companies it was refreshing to have someone answer the phone who was local, and then to get a quote from them within 20 minutes as promised. Finally when we arrived to pick up our order their warehouse crew was incredible and loaded us quickly and safely.

These guys did a great job and I will use them again.
