The use of trolleys were very helpful. I was able to get my unit quick and seamless and the unit was nice and clean before moving in. The inside and out is incredibly clean and I cannot be more thankful for a more seamless process.

We had 4 sorority girls and my son sharing a unit. I was able to secure the unit and sign paperwork from another state, which was very convenient. Each individual put stuff in the unit at different times throughout the year because each was leaving Oxford at different times. Placing items in the unit was easy and convenient. One of the kids must have not latched the lock correctly during the summer and I received a phone call from a manager about the unit being unsecured. Once I got them the code to the lock they were able to secure it, and I was thankful for the security checks so nothing was taken. Move out was quick and easy.

Your Extra Closet was easy to work with, conveniently located and offered reasonable prices. My storage unit was very clean and climate controlled. I had to call the office on several occasions with questions and received answers each time. I used them to store my college kids' furniture and accessories over the summer months instead of hauling everything back to our home town (and state). I will absolutely be securing another unit next summer!! So worth it!!!
