We brokered a load through them picking up in Kansas City delivering in York,pa. The shipper was great and accommodating. The receiver on the other hand was supposed to be first come first serve. Arrived at the receiver at 2030 didn’t get unloaded until the next morning around 0830. That was not Henry’s problem. Their problem was getting ahold of the broker on a Saturday after calling several times and talking with their dispatcher. Was told an email was sent requesting detention time. I called again that Monday morning and apparently the broker was in a meeting never heard anything back from them at all. Never even checked in the load en route or anything. I’ll never haul for them again, and I would suggest you don’t either!

The WORST customer service. We were trying to get a 500 pound crate picked up from our driveway that was delivered in error - it too over two months! The never call back, never respond. Finally came two days ago to get it - with no pallet jack or forklift - just two guys. Needless to say they had to leave it again.

Then today they were supposed to come get it, with a 30 minute call ahead. No call! When we get home, we find that someone came, uncrated the tub that was inside and left the crate in our driveway. Tried to call them - but alas they never answer.

It you ever have to ship anything RUN from this company.

This broker deserves NO STARS AT ALL. Very unprofessional team of brokers. They left my driver loaded with no BOL for 2 days and no response from any of the team members. They refuse to pay my storage fee and my layover fee. I WILL highly recommend not doing business with this brokerage.

Jason, the son of someone who is upper in the business, is very rude, and unprofessional. I heard he has that position solely because his father is someone important to the company. Therefore he, Jason, can get away with multiple offenses without judgement or consequences. Hopefully this is the correct company I’m leaving this review for.. Jason is bald light skinned, not white, and stocky, and needs to be put down. Not dead, but demoted.

I have been waiting for a package that shipped more than seven weeks ago and has STILL not arrived. I was told a piece of my shipment was lost, then found, and that it would be delivered to me (finally) last week after waiting and waiting for updates. The package has still not been delivered, I've received no updates from the company, and am starting to believe I will never receive my package.

Guys Avoid working with a broker named Kai Sheen. He will lie you for evry thing and will not reply to the emails. He is always disrespectful towards his carriers. HNRY Logistics- Just stop hiring these type of Carrier Representatives, they are giving bad name to you. I would have given Zero if possible only becuase of this guy

I’m surprised this company is still in business. Ridiculously long shipping times, false scheduled delivery dates, and nobody to answer any questions because they’re only open for a fraction of the week. Do not use this company if you want a smooth shipping process.

Most unprofessional logistics company I’ve ever worked with.. ordered a product, came completely destroyed. Missing a box.. I can’t get updates on the final box so I can return the merchandise they destroyed.. If you ship goods, I would highly advise against this company
