時間指定してたのにホムページで保管中のまま。コールセンターに3回も電話して折り返すと言うが一度も電話が来ない。急ぎだったのでこちらの営業所に取りに行ったら、電話しても出ないと嘘を責任者がいう始末。忙しかったので相手にせず帰宅。
以前は再配達など直接ドライバーにお願いが出来てサービスが良かった。
営業所も無責任だが、コールセンターは嘘ばかり言う。大手でこんな酷い対応はありえない。
気を付けた方が良い。佐川が良い。残念。

タブレットが使い方分からない人で占領されていたので30分以上待たされ、大行列でした。時間がかかる人とバーコードがありすぐ終わる人で分けて欲しい。かなり迷惑です。

初めてここのヤマトは行きましたがこんな最悪な営業所は初めてです １５時頃行ったのですが受付に誰も居ない、奥でお話してて受付から呼んでも来ない、受付に1回出てきてもチラッとこっちを見て何も言わずまた奥に行きやっと出てきたと思ったらお待たせ致しましたもなくほとんど黙って処理。天地無用のシールをお願いしても返事もない。結果的に処理に入るまで５分ほど受付で待ってました。あまりにも酷いです。対応も適当。メガネかけたショートカットの茶髪の女の従業員

初めて集配センターに行ったけど、受付の男の人が、挨拶もなく、荷札のお酒の、所から、ヤマトの箱を出して、これにいれた方が、割れる心配がない！と言われました❗酒屋から、お返しで包装商品だから、と言っているのに。繰り返しに、言う？❗凄く不快でした。配達のかたが、凄く良い感じの、方ばかりでしたのに、残念です、
