They left me the box broken and they do not want to come and pick it soon. Samsung do not want to give me money back until they receive the product and it is understandable….I spoke with manager Chris and Rick from XPO but they do not do anything regarding this matter. PLEASE CHECK THE BOX IS OK AND DO NOT TAKE IT IF IS DAMAGE BECAUSE XPO DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

These people are the worst. Absolutely the lowest level of customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

We ordered a bike from fly wheel. When these guys dropped it off they did not assemble it nor did it have all the pieces.

We then called to reschedule two times. We also had to wait a total of nine hours because they were late five times in a row. My wife had to call about 20 times and never got a straight answer.

We subsequently canceled the bike order and then had to wait even longer for them to pick up said bike

This led to wasted time, energy, and money, it also led to some flights.

I cannot express enough how horrible these people are. Something really should be done

The epitome of trash. Missed work and wasted a whole day on a delivery. Calls me at 5 and says won't be able to come till probably after 6. My buildings service elevator closes at 5:30. Was on hold for an actual 45 minutes waiting to hear about where my furniture was. XPO can't reschedule themselves either, you have to call IKEA to reschedule. I recommend them changing their automated message from "2 for customer service " to nothing at all cause customer service does not exist. Next time I'd be better off attaching the furniture to my bicycle and riding it into Manhattan. Would seriously never use this company again. Would rather sleep on nails then order a bed from this useless company. On top of that I called at 3 pm and asked how much longer it would take and the operator said 45 mins. Do not recommend this place at all, I wish there was a no star option.

Absolute worst experience of delivery that we could possibly imagine. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use their services!!!!! They never showed up for the first scheduled delivery and came 2 weeks after telling us after 30 sec that they would surely damage our appliance and house if they proceed to the delivery. We had to sign a waiver but we needed a few min to decide and they literally told us 3 times "please don't waist our time, make your decision now" (I have to add that this appliance was to replace the same appliance that had previously fit our door without damage!!!). We let them go without proceeding to the delivery but they literally waisted our time!!!!! We called the appliances company who assured us that they had no right to have us sign a waiver and claim they would damage the house for such an easy replacement. Why are all these companies working with this useless rude team?!?!?!?!

Terrible experience. Would never use again. I purches The Mirror for my wife and the company used XPO Logistics for the delivery. This was a $1600 purchase. The electronic device is extremely heavy and request two strong people to move. Upon purchase XPO Logistics arranged for a delivery date with a 4-hour delivery window where "a team" would deliver the package and "provide installation upon delivery at our request." Towards the end of the 4-hour window, I received an automated call saying the team would deliver the package within the next 30 minutes. When we had not herad anything after 30 minutes, we checked the front porch, where they had decided to leave the package. No knock on the door. No ringing of the doorbell. No delivery of the package to the upstairs room we wanted it in, much less installing it. I had abdominal surgery a few days before and could not lift the package, so I watched my wife struggle for 5 minutes just to get it inside the foyer. I called XPO Logistcs within 20 minutes of finding the package to have them come back and do what they were supposed to. I was told the soonest the team could be back was in 6 days. I emailed the operation's manager who arranged the delivery to get an explanation of how this could have happened. After 7 days, I have yet to get a reply. I have now filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER purchase an item again that uses XPO Logistics for delivery.

I initially scheduled my delivery for 2-6pm on Wednesday, through the Ikea website. I called Ikea and changed my window to 5-9. The XPO driver shows up sometime around 3 pm on Weds. He was rude and cannot stop calling, even after I've told him to leave. He gave me lots of attitude saying that I didn't reschedule anything. He told me that I would have to pay for delivery again!

I asked him how heavy my order was and he told me 700 lbs, after some more attitude. There are 2 small women living in my apartment and 700 pounds of things is more than we could lift to our basement. Later that day I checked my receipt and it is actually about 300 lbs of stuff, which we could have definitely have brought it in ourselves.

After the frustrating event, I called Ikea to reschedule my delivery and to make sure that I would not be charged again. The time window was 12-4 pm. I've been waiting all day. I received an automated call around 4 saying that it would arrive by 6. Only to receive another automated call an hour later saying that it will arrive anytime after 6. This is hard to believe. My delivery will be at least 4 hours late.

I am still waiting. They are supposed to call 30 min before they show up. No sign of the driver, which baffles me since the last one barely waited the 15 min that he is required to wait till someone gets the door.

Delivery never came and we were never contacted/ notified. Call them and got them to reschedule to the week after - meaning we're sleeping on the floor for one more week. And during the time window they sent us an email that they could not find our items and need to reschedule. Canceling my order to ikea - I'm better off renting a car and bringing it myself. Lesson learnt.

I would give a negative star if I could. I don't understand why would company like IKEA would associate themselves with such a poor quality customer service firm. After waiting for 3 weeks for my delivery and several phone calls later ( each phone calls you have to wait minimum of 45 min to get answered), the best thing they can come up with was that I have to go through IKEA to reschedule another date. When I asked why do I have to reschedule the date, its not like I missed the delivery or anything? They said that they did not had any available truck to deliver on the original date and that I have to reschedule to a different day!!!! total BS. How can a delivery company this big won't have enough truck to deliver my stuff? I am never buying anything from IKEA, at least not online.
