Broker was very rude to my manager and hung up on her multiple times. We finally got set up after dealing with this broker for around 20 minutes. Working professionally is not hard, no need to be rude to other people and wasting time just because broker might be having a bad day. If you work in logistics you should not be having to waste time with people like this. Being respectful and professional goes a long way. Do not go with these guys unless they are your last choice whether it be to book a load or use them for their logistics needs if you are a customer.

As others have said, no communication at all! When problems happen you can't get ahold of anyone to solve the issue. Customers relay info to them then they don't relay it to the driver on the load. Then diver has to sit for 2 days to get a resolution. Very unprofessional, and the perfect example of the problem with freight brokers!

We got invoiced and sent to collections after they billed us for another company! Not our orders, not our UPS account, nothing matching up and we definitely 100% did not have a freight pick up. We told them we are being confused with another company with a similar name and I’m hoping they rectify this. I’m changing to 2 stars for now because they will attempt to fix this but will change depending on outcome.

Worst Broker after TQL to Book loads with, they book loads and don’t know the meaning of communication, trust me if not try it, you will regret for sure. And of course you will miss next pick up.
My opinion don’t even bother doing Business with this Broker.

Do not use this company. I have lost thousands on lost packages and missed freight delivery. I've show them video evidence of packages picked up and package was mark not picked up. Then was deny of my claim. Saying item was not on picked list. Highly not recommend. Stay away from this company. Worst customer service ever as well. They do not respond to your emails.

If you are a carrier looking to get paid for your services to worldwide, good luck. furthermore, trying to actually speak to someone about getting paid is impossible. they owe me $2,000.00 from back in august of 2023, no response to emails and they do not answer their phones.

their dispatchers will pick up no problem, payables? haha.. not happening. filing on their bond, so i guess i will need to wait a bit longer. what a joke.

It has been a pleasure working with the Worldwide Express team. The Managers quickly respond to emails and the team is quick to support them when dealing with lost, missing or damaged packages. We never feel out of touch with our Representative and I can always call on them when I need help. 10/10 best shipping vendor I have the pleasure of working with. Thank you so much for making us feel important and always being there to help.

This company is TRASH! They billed our account for over 2K for shipments that are not ours! They admitted that they made a mistake and it has been weeks still with no resolution or money back in my account. They had some good things going for them but the unjust delayed in refunding my money has stained any positives that they have had. Again I am talking WEEKS well more so months. BEWARE!
