No star if I can. The WM is the biggest scam ever. We rented a dumpster to remove some concrete. First of all, the 10yd dumpster which is what they say for concrete only wasn't even an option for me when I ordered online, so i ordered the 20yd which clearly said on there that concrete is alright. In no where did it say that concrete cannot be over half of the box. Then the day of pick up, the guy show up early in the morning, did not even try to pick the damn thing up and just say overload and left. They want to charge me $335 for that trip. I spent 3 hrs on the phone with them the same day trying to figure out why it wasnt picked up. I was told that they think it is too heavy and that I filled it up too much. Keep in mind, in no where did it tell me I cannot. Then they settle to send me a 10yd and say they will credit me the 20yd if i end up not using it. Fine, but then, when they deliver the 10yd, i spoke to the driver about my situation since he asked why 2 dumpster. He was right there, and i asked him why the guy wouldn't pick it up and how he know it is too heavy without picking it up. They have no scale whatsoever on the truck nor the container itself. The guy offered to try and pick it up for me which i gladly agree, turn out it is heavy and he can't take it, which is fine, at least he try and i know how much it is heavy by. But then, turn out today, they want to charge me another $335 for that try to pick up. A total of $670 for one not trying and one happen to be there and try. This is super ridiculous. All along, if someone were to give a clear instruction or information, i wouldn't have to deal with them continuously and adding charges to my account.

Fast and easy to use. Disposal is free for households. Bring your batteries, paint, and chemicals. Just don’t bring too many batteries. They prefer about a coffee cans worth at a time.

They keep missing the pick up dates at the business. Have to keep calling them to remind them. This is very unprofessional. They also broke the lid in half for the trash bins.

I've had multiple issues with waste management since I signed up with them having to switch counties. Every time I call I'm on hold for over an hour just to finally speak to somebody I was given mixed information and no one was able to give me the real answer. They finally made it right but still have yet to be able to notify anyone correctly. So my issue now is that my bill went up by $10 without any kind of notification The gentleman that I spoke to this morning via chat because it's the only way that I can get through told me that it was on the prior bill and such small of a print you can't even read it no notification no email nothing. When I asked for them to reverse the $10 charge because I was not prepared to pay that this month they refused. They don't even explain what the $10 an increased fees is for. I disputed the bill and I'm waiting to hear back but this is a ridiculous way to run a business if you're going to change the prices there should be some notification other than the bill that you're getting.

I have dumped this location several times never had A problem dropping off hazardous waste is easy They don't Need you to get out of the car they will get whatever hazard this waste you Got out for you how easy is that And you drive away dropping off Garbage not a Problem Either guys are always nice talkative, helpful. Some of you must be in asleep or in an illusion different state of mind. The best thing about this placeis it all you can eat

The facility surroundings are clean and no sign of road hazard to the tires. Just stay in the car, show proof of your residence within their coverage area. Let them get the stuff from your trunk and you are on your way! I think it's a good experience if you follow their protocols 🙂

It should be easier to drop off household hazardous waste. Staff are very professional and courteous. But why do they have to take your ID? Tell us to stay in the car? Why can't we just drop stuff off without all the procedures? It's hard enough to just collect the stuff over the weeks/months at home, and drive it deep into heavy industry world. But we also have to arrange the stuff in our cars so that the staff can readily identify what to take. And we're not allowed to touch it? Does every household really go through all this?

Looks like the deleted my review as it was NOT a good one. So again l, I’ll keep it short! This place is terrible when it comes to outside drivers picking up. Expect to wait couple hours to get into a dock, couple hours to get loaded and another 30-hr waiting on paperwork. They are HOURLY employees, they will let you know that. SMH I have to say and be very clear about this: ALL THE WONEN; guard shack, 3 main ones, one is early 6am AM, other 2 comes in idk 8-10am I guess. And the forklift ladies (2 of them i see on a regular) are BOSSES! The work harder than all the guys here, I’ve watch guys stand around and look at them while they work and 🤛 trailers OUTTTT!!!! Norma is one lady that gets things done. I wish I knew all their names but I don’t. But literally they all should be promoted over theses lazy guys around here! There is a guy that wears black level 3 reflective vest,Latino. Don’t recognize him but his was here 6am and HE works his BUTT off as well. I will call things out when they are bad and also 👏🏻 for those people who actually work hard and take pride in their jobs !
