Overall good service and I especially like that we can put any food waste in the yard waste bin. They compost! I feel like at a minimum food doesn't go to waste.

If you encounter any problems with your garbage/recycle/organic service, open an on-line account. Phone call took 44 minutes on hold the first week; 33 minutes on hold the second week and then several minutes of silence when I finally asked the customer service person if he needed any more information from me to file the report on only half of my garbage can being emptied and the service person said no but nothing was filed when I called the day after....
1st week driver picked up both regular garbage AND organic garbage in the same truck. 2nd driver came 20 minutes later and when I went out there, he asked where my garbage was and I told him that the prior driver picked up both cans. He said he would report him to the supervisor. Poor training if driver can't tell the difference in the garbagr can lids and which one he was suppose to pick up....
On-line account opened. I received confirmation of my report immediately and then a second note that my garbage will be picked up the next day; and it was picked up at 8:30 am.
No message received re delay of garbage pick-up due to holiday.
Has Waste Management changed management in the last month? Service is chaotic and poor!

Not happy with the pricing and monthly fees, charges me $100 over everytime ,haven't been notified or contacted for the increase .

Our regular garbage driver is great and has picked up the recycle more than once because it was full and we receive absolutely no time accommodations; we are not open when the recycle comes by and "customer service" has been no help for months.

Our sales "rep" doesn't pick up the phone and never responds to the voicemails we leave. You get locked in a 1-3 year contract so better look somewhere else first as they will NOT let you cancel. I asked for different sized containers because the containers we have are too big, they don't get used up all the way before they get picked up but no one likes picking up the phone and when i call customer support they tell me my account can only be accessed by our "rep" so they tell us they will try to "leave him a message and he will get back to you if not today, tomorrow" but they never do, you can see how this is very frustrating and we're not even done with our first year yet.

Horrible service racist tried to accuse me of stealing. Call themselves American but no Americans work there most likely illegals. Then to add insult to injury wouldn't accept my scrap metal because I don't have a car. Smh Reporting to the better business bureau and if I was you I'd take to another place because even the cans they took they gave me 3.56 cent for 2 and half pounds smh crooks! if i could id give no stars
