Would leave 0 stars if possible my garbage has been out for over a week and still nobody has picked it up I have attempted to contact Waste Management multiple times only to get a run around with the automated phone system. I am a paying customer and this is unacceptable if it is not picked up I’m guessing because the drivers are so lazy they can’t drive up my driveway and do there job I will be left with no choice but to load the garbage myself and drop it off at their nearest branch to me

Our service is excellent. Our refuse pick up is consistent and we get reminders if the pick-up is delayed due to a holiday. The process is Quiet. Our pick up driver is always conscience and kind.

not the best in pricing but on the high fair side. they communicate well with text messages when there is a holiday that delays pick up times. easy to call and deal with.

The gentleman who picked up my trash today was very professional and pleasant. He made sure to thank me for being a new customer and made sure my trash cans were placed nicely back in their original spot. He did a fantastic job and I am very pleased.
