Probably one of the most ignorant group of dispatchers I’ve dealt with. Lied multiple times about appointment time then complained cause the driver snapped at her cause she lied. They also didn’t answer the phone after 4 pm leaving the driver and I stuck when the issue was brought up. All the women that work here are rude and just really childish and cry baby’s. Had their GM on the phone even he knew his dispatch team was in the wrong. Dispatcher Janifer was the worst. She even yelled and screamed saying that she would decrease the rate that we agreed on. Lie after lie. Every single call was recorded and when told to her face she ran away and didn’t answer the call no more. I’ve told many drivers to stay away from this company and looks like they been listening . Hope this place fires their whole dispatch. If you need proof of what I’m saying I got call logs, videos and emails. Worst company ever

Despite the other reviews, we took a chance and they did not disappoint. Ella went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met. she was very thorough and straight to the point and addressed any and all concerns that we had. I definitely will be working with her again. Communication and response time an A+ Your perception is your reality

Janifer Morgan, is a very rude person. She called at least 12 times, even though I explained an health issue answering the dispatch phone.
We arrived at shipper and delivered on time. This load was completed successfully and she decided to reduce the agreed and signed rate to 50%.
