ATTENTION DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE My wife and I decided to trust our things in this place, which was a huge mistake. We had to leave for California in an emergency, and after a few months we were able to return to collect our things. Upon arriving at the unit, we realized that our lockers had been removed, and there was one that didn't belong to us. The door to the unit could be opened, so when we lifted it, we were surprised to find that ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING HAD BEEN STOLEN!!!!!!!!!!! My wife called the company, but THEY GAVE US NO RESPONSE. It's worth mentioning that there were other things in that unit, but none of it was ours!!! WE LOST AROUND 16,000 DOLLARS, NOT TO MENTION THE TRAVEL EXPENSES! PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We are not the first to have this done to us; there are 2 more victims!!!

I had a storage unit for a short period. After only a couple of weeks, my lock was cut and the unit broken into and items stolen. I called and was told that they did not have cameras so basically nothing could be done. I changed the lock and a break-in was attempted a second time. I told them after that I would be cleaning out my unit but had some issues getting someone to move it. When I finally was able to get a truck available, they had changed the lock to one of theirs. I have called several times with no call back and have only been told that the unit was cleaned out but will not allow me to confirm that. This is the WORST place to use! Communication is horrible and they could have at least given me a little time to get my stuff. DO NOT USE!

Had my unit for a year. It's currently under new ownership. The answering service is a challenge because apparently they are not in the USA. Very difficult to understand.
The previous owner was not proactive with the upkeep and I had mice in every box and container in there. Now the new owner says he's putting the mice bait outside the units to keep them under control. So we shall see how this works out. I do believe he's trying to get the place in order.
New owner no better than previous owner. He forgot he can't treat the outside storage because we have a lock on unit so once bait is consumed mice come back. Had the biggest, nastiest mess you can imagine! Don't go there!
