Don’t do it, business is ok as long as you and one of there friends or family members don’t have a difference. If you do have a disagreement they will believe everything there family says regardless of who’s right or wrong and they will steal your paycheck..

The Owner literally allows corrupted in mind type of people to screw their drivers. They talk good at first an try to bring in the family aspect of things, but in the end they wont listen to reason when problems come about an expect you to apologize to people who lack handling their job with integrity. The cycle they are in is clearly costing them drivers.

this company runs illegal,
every positive comment is fake by the office staff. western transport logistics should not be eligible for a commercial license, they endanger their drivers and everyone around their drivers by constantly pressuring for illegal use of personal conveyance to pickup and deliver by either threatening your job or promising more pay while they constantly underpay (wage theft). western transport logics has thousands of hours of off duty driving attributed to their drivers that they edit to cover up. every driver will verify that they've driven over 30 hours straight without sleep many times. This company will issue trucks that are not safe/dot legal in addition, if you require maintenance they will argue and blame then try to charge you or make you drive under unsafe conditions. they are
100% liable for someones death and inevitably more to come.
