It's not as bad as all the comments make it out to be.. checked in at 650am with a 7 am. appnt.. Hugo, nice gentleman, gave me a door immediately. Got my paperwork back at 905am by a nice lady who greeted me smiling.. my experience.. I can't complain.. thank you, Weber

One of the Worst place i have ever been to. Pretty sure won’t come here again. Had a load to pickup from here checked in at 11 am and its 7:30pm now still waiting for door. Not olny just me look how many trucks were waiting for doors. Truck Drivers try to avoid this place.

They go by appointment, Drive though Near the gate let u in park near the empty parking spot. , Appointment was 12pm check in 11/15:& Check Out1/15 pm weigh ok ; more than. 7 star for Clean restroom Good luck for their business

8:00 appointment, checked in at 6:30, leaving at 7:15. It was only three skid pickup so maybe that help but, sure give me a good jump on my morning.

Talk about a cluster “F” your best bet is to park on the street walk in and walk all the way down and be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes per driver to check in.
He seems like he can just take his own simple time leans back in the chair put his hands up on his head then he types couple words and then he put his hands back up on his head also they do not answer the phone here or return voicemail.

2 am appointment. It is a tight place for OTR trucks, I arrived 10 min before my appointment, parked out of the way, walked inside with information needed and had a door by 2:05.

Parked in the door and walked back to notify shipper and took a nap. By 4:30 I was loaded, shipper was at lunch so I took my time to close the doors and get my tandems set. By 5:10 a.m. I was at the TA scaling.

Overall, everyone was courteous. 24/7 Monday through Friday and please respect that they have scheduled breaks and lunch.
