I forgot to share photos from my previous post. My HOA required that sheds needed to match the style and colors of the house. Initially, I was going to pay extra for custom colors but Anita helped me select Pine Bark…which is a near perfect match for Sherwin Williams Downing Earth.

I would suggest taking a trip to Watson Barn Rentals to see all everything in person. I know ordering online is easy, but if you’re like me and needed to be practical in order to stay within budget, testing the standard windows and seeing all the siding, different sizes, and roofing selections in natural light saves me over $1800.00!

I found the shed i liked online. Drove to the Madison lot and Anita helped me take care of the buying part.
The delivery guy Enos did a professional job made sure the shop was leveled and that everything was in place.

Enos Miller installed our Watson Portable building today. He was very professional and courteous as he weathered almost 100 degrees in making sure our building was positioned properly and leveled. I really enjoyed watching how he took the building off his truck and watched the Mule remotely engineer its way up our driveway and position it perfectly into place. It was amazing how effortless it looked, however Enos was instrumental in making sure it was done correctly. The storage building is constructed well and made expertly by the Amish in Tennessee. We look forward to many years of use and having a place for our outdoor equipment and patio items. Many thanks to Anita at the Madison location for coordinating this transaction. She was lovely to work with.

I absolutely love my shed! I had the best time selecting and designing the shed the met my specific needs.

I’m in a new subdivision with a HOA, which meant I had to match the roof color and material, as well as exterior paint color to my home. I also have a sloped quarter acre lot with only 26 feet between my home and my neighbors.

I worked Anita in Madison and Christina from the TN office to design the perfect shed for me. It was so much fun playing with the 3D tool, but the best part was going to the Madison location and touring each shed.

If I’m being honest, my shed build was more enjoyable than my home build! Anita was a joy to work with, she was knowledgeable, personable, and equally excited for me. She listened to my needs, explained the differences in materials used, demonstrated how every feature in the sheds worked.

She was not pushy, in fact she leaned on the side of caution and was considerate of my budget as I would being paying for my shed outright and not using the payment option. Anita really made the process fun and it felt like I was hanging out with a dear friend.

Watson Barn Rental used quality materials, everything was neat and in pristine condition. My delivery was timely, and seamless. I believe my driver’s name was Enos…he delivered my 12x16 Garden Shed on a small sloped yard with perfection. He had to contend with 100 degree temps, a deep slope in the front of the shed and hot metal mesh I prepared my ground with in order to keep pest out. He didn't complain, he made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it before leaving. He even notice one of my ramps was warped and immediately went back to the Madison lot for a functional replacement.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about my buying and building process other than Save yourself the hassle of shopping multiple shed builders and work with Watson Barn Rental. They exceeded my expectation in every way. The cost, craftsmanship, customer service, delivery, and quality are second to none!

We shopped around from Huntsville to Decatur. The price that you get for the amount of Storage space cannot be beat! I highly recommend Watson Barns of Madison! Great atmosphere and Anita Railey was friendly and very helpful! Go se them!
