I don't know what these bad reviews are all about. If I come in here 9x and sit for 3- 5 hours or more, I usually get the 10th trip in under 2 hours, it kind of feels like a punch card.

Fix the damn numbers, extremely stupid not to have routes marked.. then yell at everyone when they are not in the right lane. How are supposed to tell your in the right lane. Oh you can’t till you get to the front and after they get off they breaks every 10 mins. What company has every employee take a break at the same time

Today I was in WUT Port at 1:51pm and never been to "Row 57 Spot 61". I flagged down a Longshoremen in truck 846, he appeared to be a Black-American. He was very helpful and polite when I asked him where the location of the container was. Furthermore, he helped me to position the truck and assisted the crane operator to lower the container precisely on my chassis. This Longshoremen made my experience in WUT today less stressful and a good experience. Thank you WUT for hiring a great worker, him making things safe and a smooth operation in your Port. 🙂
