Dẫu biết quá trình vận chuyển không thể tránh những va chạm làm hư hỏng đồ dễ vỡ nhưng cách xữ lý thật sự không hài lòng. Mình gửi bình rượu trang trí dễ vỡ đến tận nơi thấy đóng gói kỉ rồi cho vào hộp nhỏ, sau đó chắc chắn sẽ đưa vào thùng lớn hơn để lên máy bay. Về tới Việt Nam nhân viên nó khui thùng ra rồi ném kiểu sao mà rách cả hộp bên ngoài rượu bể nát. Lúc gửi hàng bạn chủ ở đó đã dặn mình là hàng này dễ vỡ có gì thông cảm, nhưng cái cách nó vỡ do tác động rách thùng luôn,nó khác với vỡ do va chạm lúc vận chuyển. và cách họ xữ lý là gom hết mãnh vỡ lại bỏ vào hộp giửi cho người nhà mình làm hú hồn. Phí cao hơn nơi khác, không có cuốc điện thoại cho mình luôn tiền lấy rồi vỡ gắng chịu
