I moved from Las Vegas, NV to a tiny town in South Georgia back in September, 2024. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Tyler Anderson!! I first met him when he did a "walk-through" of my home to give an estimate for moving me across the country. I immediately felt a connection with him!! He was very thorough! He told me about getting boxes, for FREE! From the warehouse for any items I wanted to pack on my own!! That definitely saved us some $$$ !! I was in the middle of treatment for breast cancer during this whole move, so I needed all the help I could get.... Tyler, and really everyone at VIP Mayflower that I came in contact with -- were all AWESOME! I had so many questions for Tyler along the way, and he happily answered all of them! Not only did he answer all my questions, but he had plenty of advice to offer as well. We have quite a long text 'thread'! I've been in my new home for several months now, and I don't know what I would have done without Tyler's help. The best part is, I made a new friend! I would not hesitate to contact him in the future for any concerns that may arise!! Thank you Tyler! You're AWESOME!!!

I had FINALLY convinced my husband to leave Las Vegas (6 years here was enough for me!) and move to TN! We have moved cross country twice before but this is the first time it wouldn’t be employer paid. That’s very intimidating! I had called and got multiple quotes from varying companies but was most impressed by my experience with Tyler Anderson. He came to the house, we did our walk through and while his estimate of the weight was pretty much the same as the others, I couldn’t get over how comfortable I was with him. After researching several private moving companies and options for my 97-year-old client to relocate from Las Vegas, NV to Monterey, CA, I was hesitant to use a large moving company because she was only moving a few pieces of furniture and mostly boxes, plus I figured the price would be outrageous for such a small move.

After googling United Van Lines, I came across a “Snapmoves” designed for small moves! I placed the call and was informed by the agent that VIP Transport is the local rep for United and Mayflower. A couple of days later I spoke to the estimator, Tyler Anderson. He gave me a choice of which company I wanted to use while pointing out they are very similar. I chose Mayflower. With professionalism, clarity and cheerfulness, Tyler gave a brief history of the company, explained the moving process from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. He also informed me of additional questions to ask other moving companies during my continued search. Since he was so open and honest, at that point, I decided to invite him to meet my client and give her an estimate. In October 2024, Tyler arrived with the same attitude of professionalism, clarity and cheerfulness; even the dog loved him. During the meeting, Tyler spoke DIRECTLY to my client, spoke a bit louder so she could hear, answered all of her questions, including FREE wardrobe boxes, and DID NOT make her feel she was being rushed. She made her decision to hire Tyler Anderson, estimator for VIP Transport/Mayflower on the spot.

In December 2024, when her home sold, I contacted Tyler; he put me in touch with Veronica the coordinator, while adding “You can still contact me”, which we did several times, over the next few weeks. There were a lot of moving parts on our end, but Mayflower’s Team pulled it off over the holiday! The movers arrived 8 days earlier than expected on January 2, 2025, estimated arrival date January 10. The movers got all 104 units in the 600 square foot apartment. Each item and box arrived safely and was neatly and strategically placed! WOW!!! We have no doubt we made the right choice by hiring Tyler Anderson, who is more than his title states! The girl scouts had their cookie distribution today. Thous D's if boxes given out to the troops. Trucks, cans, cars all lined up to get cookies. I helped with the orders. The place was perfect. Men using fork lifts, etc.Girl Scouts distributing cookies. The people at VIP were really helpful

Moving is such a stressful process… but with the help of Mayflower and our moving agent, Tyler Anderson, it is becoming a much smoother and easier process. I wish I could give the folks at VIP Moving more than 5 stars. This is the second time I have used Mayflower and both times, the move was flawless. From the moment I booked my move in Las Vegas, the timely communication never stopped and continued until the last box was delivered to my new home. My agent Tyler, coordinator Kimber and the entire crew moved like a well organized group of professionals. They even delivered a day early. What more could I ask for? I used Mayflower to move from Las Vegas to Idaho and the whole process was easy and we'll worth the money. I have a great consultant, Tyler, who help work with me on a quote for the move, and Jennifer who helped me through the whole process once I booked it. It was so nice not to have to bring heavy furniture and boxes myself into the house. They unloaded everything in the room I wanted and arranged it the way I wanted.
