The most irresponsible shipping company in America. I had to pay over 300 USD for 2 ceramic statues. It took over a month to get to Vietnam. They were broken. I texted to ask, they ignored me. I lost a lot of money for the 2 items and shipping. There are many companies. Don't choose this company.

I always use this company to ship to Da Nang Vietnam. 3 times, the packages arrived with perfect condition. Shippings were fast about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
I have no problem with phone calls like other people said. Every time I call they picked up.

An employee name Khoa was nasty towards customer and the owner cell phone never answered or returned customer phones call. Very poor business practices. Don't use this business.....
