I came in last month with an issue activating my replacement phone. I was initially referred to see Tara, and Bridgette checked me in and then ended up being the person to help me. I am so glad and she was amazing. Somehow she managed to be on hold waiting for assistance with my issue, while still assisting other employees. She made sure we found a resolution, and it took a while due to not being able to receive texts to verify my account, but she stayed on top of the employees she was working with, which was very much appreciated after dealing with several the day before through the web chat. If you need someone who will work until they find an answer, make sure you ask for Bridgette at the Foley Verizon store. Thanks so much Bridgette!!!!

Horrible customer service. They really need to add employees. 9 people waiting. I was the third person there and waited 80 minutes. That's not including the 2 people that walked out. 1 employee only came out when a phone needed backup and it took 2 employees to do it. Verizon needs a new business model. Previously i spoke to customer service and tracked how many times I got transferred. 25 on one phone call before it got disconnected. They lost all my business.

Verizon sucks in general, but this location is AWFUL! terrible customer service (well, no service really), and can't even get anyone to answer a single question. I just waited for 2 and a half hours to simply ask about the trade in value of a device, and walked out without being helped at all, after being told I was "next" multiple times. I watched as 2 of the "workers" immediately helped everyone that came in hours after us, while the other worker chit chatted to the same customer for the entire time I was there about personal anecdotes and how to type in HER OWN PASSCODE (she was young enough to type in her own passwords and use her own fingerprint for biometrics) . I wish I could give this place a negative amount of stars. Absolute garbage.

Where do I start? I come in there to get my son a trading phone and ended up getting the whole family.New phones.Our salesperson, her name is Charlotte Michael Was absolutely amazing. Went over and beyond in sweet kind impatient as she can be. I visited the Verizon store located at 2104 S. McKenzie St. Foley, Al. last night to purchase a new phone. I arrived at 5:06 pm. I was checked in by the Manager Travis. He stated it would be just a couple of minutes. At 5:10, I received a text that I would be helped in 10 minutes. At this time, the manager was only walking around the store. They had 4 additional employees and only 2 customers. I patiently waited. One employee went to lunch and another employee left for the day in the middle of helping a customer. At 5:50, I left the store out of frustration and without a new phone. Not one employee acknowledged me leaving. Verizon is wasting payroll expenses on the store manager Travis.
