People are good people are bad ! But you don't know about, how's someone right, very good people only take less 3 hours ! to load my truck, appreciate it , and I don't mean to say another comment is wrong I just give my review about my experience! You all have a good day !

This place needs to fire all these lazy guys, they’re ALWAYS short staffed, NEVER get you into the dock at your appointment time, but they are quick to charge you $156 if you’re 1 minute late. Oh and make sure your container doesn’t show ANY sunlight cause you’ll get rejected. There’s been multiple times that I’ve waited more than 4 hrs to get containers loaded. This spot is ridiculous honestly.

Quick unloading. Out in less than an hour. Even before my appointment time. Gate opens from 7 am to 3 pm. Unloading starts at 8 am. Guys were really nice for me

Really reviews are all legit. These people really do not care about the appointment times. If you are on your appt. time they take 6-7 hrs normally to load you and if you are 10 mins late to your appt. time, they charge you a late fee near about $150 but still gonna take the same 6-7 hrs waiting time. So next time you see this place for pickup or delivery just be ready to bring your camping stuff with you.

Can I put zero starts for this place? This is totally unbelievable I had my driver arrived late for a 7:00am appointment he arrived at 9:40am. And he’s still in there as of now 6:08pm . Wow not sure if they are working in there or what’s the reason for them to be there. My poor guy is been there too long he has other work to do and couldn’t do this because of the situation. He only has 2 pallets they can’t seem to unload for a whole day. This is the worse warehouse he’s ever been to.

Front desk person don't seen to like her job, she look sad and miserable doing her job.
Late for appointment fee is $156, I personally think that's taking advantage, more when I was on traffic because of an accident(photo attach) I'm a driver and the company pay the fee, i didn't, but my opinion is that the vangLogistic is dirty for that fee. Warehouses need truckers to come and truckers need warehouses Where to pick up, but who as a trucker wanna support a dirty selfish warehouse company. I don't, even if I'm not the one paying the fee, I just don't wanna support this type of company mentality.

Horrible place with a 1.0 rating nationwide seems like no one is working lies after lies and they charge when you’re late but take them at least 8 to 10 hours of wait. Brokers stay away from these people
