I’ve been calling around to different storage units to compare prices. So far this one has been employed with the most helpful staff. I think I spoke to Erica or Clara, something close to that, and she was very friendly, very informative, and didn’t get annoyed with me asking so many questions like you can tell some of the other company’s staff did.

This storage facility is miles ahead in terms or organization and cleanliness, it's cleaner than any other storage facility I’ve been to—absolutely immaculate. The facility manager Candace was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free she went above and beyond to assist me with all my needs. If you're looking for a storage solution this is the one.

Clean, plenty of rolling movers to help the process, great experience all in all. The only thing I would have asked to change is when the entry code was given to me to come into the facility, it would have been nice to to know the sequence of the * at the front of the number code and the # at the end. I was only given the code but no way of knowing that I had to do star first and then pound. Thankfully, another client came out and told us. Other than that, it is a great facility.

This is the best storage place in South Baldwin County. We decided to move our storage items here because the Storage place we were at was getting too expensive. Comparing the two, both are 10X10 and climate controlled. We are saving &50 per month now.

Best storage place around

USA storage centers in Robertsdale is the Best storage unit I’ve ever had all around awesome! Great prices! Units are located inside with a A/C most thing I love about it it is under 24 hour surveillance Shannon, the store manager is amazing She makes us feel right at home. Love seeing her when we come in She’s always so welcoming she does a great job keeping the place clean. If I could give more stars, I would.
