Great service, the team are exceptionally quick to respond and kept me updated from start to finish. 1 star off just for cost - their personal shopper rates are good! but expect the distance between the states and aus to be reflected in the price of customs + postage + exchange rate fees, it does add up (several hundreds AUD for one ~5lb item), keep that in mind! Otherwise no complaints, the team are very helpful and prompt.

Placed an order through US Shipping Express for some halloween items. All items arrived within the specified time frame, packaged very well.
Staff kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
Would be amazing if they had cheaper international shipping options as their personal shopper offering is perfect, but, express international shipping is quite expensive.
Would definitely recommend.
