Awesome workers! I do wish there was a regular small to large priority drop box for those of us who work 9-7 the hours are hard to meet. And dropping off pre paid packages would be so much easier that way especially when our delivery guy fails to pick up out going mail 10 days in a row.

The location needs specific instructions. When I arrived at the destination that Google gave me, the outside is posted as a liquor store and pizza restaurant. But a kind gentleman told me that you have to go inside the front hallway and back into the back left corner of the, for lack of a better term, Warehouse. It was 1130 on a Saturday and there was no wait, even with this location as the only open post office on Saturday within 10 miles. The postal worker at the counter was very cordial and helpful. I was in and out in three minutes. I would have given it a five except I almost left because I did not see a sign for the US post office outside.

This post office is the best in North Pole. Everyone who works there gives 100%excellent customer service. I always felt welcome and the staff is very helpful in helping you choose shipping products. They are very friendly and informative which makes it easy for me pick up packages or send. Keep up the awesomeness.

Excellent customer service. Fast and friendly. Line of no less than 50 people (this was taken after I was able to advance in line around the corner) took less than 10 minutes to gather my packages. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely THE WORST so called "post office". Called to check on a package that said attempted delivery online, however didn't receive notice. Girl told me she couldn't check bc she was "busy". I am NOT happy. And apparently bc im the conditions you get slips (totally different package) instead of your packages, when you live RIGHT next to your box. Pure laziness! Pure! So I have THREE boxes out and apparently are somewhere but can't check on them bc they are LAZY... Excuse me... Busy! If I could give negative stars I totally would. Bad customer service.

They used to deliver fast, and now for some reason I end up waiting almost 8 hours since my package was out for delivery once I receive it. Very frustrating when you have somewhere to be or are leaving and your package takes forever to get to you. Especially when I'm only 2.5 miles away. I'd rather have the option to come pick it up myself.

They don't do international shipping anymore and u have to walk all the back just so u can Google eye the products. Real same
