I’ve had three packages listed as delivered to my address, that I’ve never received. On December 23, the driver noted he/she “met resident” as the delivery. I was home st the time the package was marked delivered. I did not meet a UPS driver and receive a package. The package was never located. On February 2, two packages were marked as delivered. The driver noted “ met resident”. The packages were not received. I called UPS to inquire as to the status of the package, I was given the same info. They offered to redirect me to claim support. I called the shipper and was told the packages were marked as delivered. I’m not sure what’s happening with the packages, but I would like UPS to make an honest effort to determine why my packages are not being delivered.
