Been waiting for 4 weeks to deliver a couch, a company that has absolutely 0 communication skills, unable to use google maps for directions. We have cancelled countless doctors appointments our employment staff meetings cause we didn't want to miss our delivery. All talk and no action. This company has a complete disregard four customer communication and follow through. Rafael Delgado and his dispatch center are "liars" and stated that our package had arrived at our location after being home all day and receiving a text from a number that customers cannot interact or correspond with. Final mile is an idiom and is not a formal company customer that is unable to provide any level of competent service.

I don’t even know where to begin with this company. Any major retailer that cares about their customers should refrain from contracting out any type of delivery and installation services with this company. Today was the third time this company had to come to my home and again another issue they put the bed together backwards. Therefore, now we have to take it all apart in order to get the mattresses to fit inside the frame. The delivery driver told me the extra pieces of wood Was extra however, that is not correct. Those pieces are very necessary for the stability and height of the bed. Had he put it together correctly he would have been able to finish the job. I won’t even go into the previous two visits. I don’t know out of the three which is worse.

0 stars would be more appropriate. I had been waitinv a large curbside delivery.

This company dropped it off today, blocking garage, and unannounced. When i called, they said they can drop it off any time, anywhere because it's curbside. They do not have to provide notification.

While I could debate what a curbside delivery is, having 6k worth of stuff dropped off randomly is not it. A simple phone call letting me know at least the day, would go a long way. Now I've lost a day's worth of work I was not planning on so I can move everything inside.

Elmer and his coworker (whose name I didn’t get because they were working so diligently upon arrival), were truly amazing! They were extremely professional and efficient HARD WORKERS. They helped me place a large chair (that wasn’t part of the assembly I ordered) in my living room and put my dining set together with expert precision. It was impressive watching what beautiful work they did and I’m super grateful I had these all stars assigned to my delivery!

Armando and George just delivered our ne w vanity and what great customer service. We knew exactly when they would be here and I asked them to unbox it so I could inspect it and they were glad to do it. Thank you very much.

Really really friendly staff but nothing is marked on where to go! A real mess of trucks going every which direction when I arrived. For deliveries Pull in through gate and stay left….a little more then 1/2 way down building on your left you’ll see a yellow ramp and a sign that says shipping and receiving. Park and go in to get dock assignment. If you still can’t find it hopefully you can find a truck driver that speaks English to help you out.

Terrible Drivers Extremely Rude they think they can just sit in County Parking Lots and Block Roads after deliveries even after Security tells them they cant park there

If your a driver don't waste your time with this company they only pay .50 a mile and that is loaded only less for unloaded and bobtail! They are an insult to us drivers
