We are New jersey manufacturers, and we rely a lot on getting raw meterial on time in order to proceed with production. Since we started using Unisource brokers 5 years ago, our production increased 15% due to getting stuff faster, our shipping cost went down with 45%a year.

Getting accurate tracking information is another key reason for my 5 star rating, Never ever do they miss a phone call, providing where the truck is located and when we are in route.

Unisource shipping as a whole is nothing short of fantastic. I have had many problems in the past dealing with carriers direct and since I’ve started using Unisource exclusively, I’ve had nothing but peace of mind. Their customer service and communication is unparalleled. The fully functional website is also a breeze to use and makes everything easier. There is also a sense of personal relationship/partnership that Unisource exemplifies and I, for one, find that invaluable. In my experience, I have never come across another freight company that makes my company and I feel so valued and not just like another run of the mill customer. From an effort standpoint, they go above and beyond what you would expect from a company to work for you, or to find a way to make it work for you. I can’t say enough about the manner in which Unisource conducts themselves and their operation. I would not think twice about recommending them to ANYONE who was in need of freight services. worst shipping company EVER!!!! They have no clue what is going on, and they do NOT care in the least.about shipping. I ship every day, all day long, internationally and domestic. Sometimes there are problems, usually with a little care and work, its an easy fix. BUT WITH UNISOURCE, THEY JUST DON'T CARE . They don't even pretend to care. They are the worst most incompetent shipper on the planet! I have had to use them for a customer and it had ALWAYS been problematic. Not one time has it EVER went smooth. They just SUCK!
