A few weeks ago my family and I decided to do business with this company to get some barrels shipped off. The barrels were picked up and shipped to another agency located in another state. However, the agency has been trying to reach out to this company for additional information through various means but can’t seem to get in contact with them. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the current situation. Despite the barrels being shipped, the lack of communication from the company has left me feeling mad and bewildered. The agency is seeking additional information, yet my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful, adding to my frustration. I expected a smoother process and better communication, and this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed."

I sent a barrel of goods on behalf of my grandmother who is 72 years old with Majestic Xpress Island Services to her son in the country Guyana last November, 2022. She relies on her pension to survive. Wanting to make her son and family happy back in her hometown of Guyana, she spent her last dollars to buy food, clothing and gifts for her son and grandchildren so they would have a joyful Christmas. It is now the end of March 2023 and the barrel with the goods has not been delivered. I have contacted the company on several occasions and was told that the barrel was shipped to St Vincent instead of Guyana and it would take a month to rectify the problem. They went as far as to send a picture of the barrel, to reassure that they knew the location of the barrel. This was their response in December 2022. Every outreach we've made resulted in a different response. Now the company has stopped taking our calls. Prior to their poor customer service they informed me that the barrel was sent from St. Vincent to Trinidad in January 2023, however it is quoted to have not moved yet. The goods in the barrel was worth over 1500 dollars plus the cost to ship the barrel.

I repeat: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP ANY GOODS. I wish I saw these reviews before I made this mistake. THEY ARE PREYING ON CARIBBEAN FAMILIES WHO MAY NOT BE SAVVY ENOUGH TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR MISFORTUNE!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. These people are uploading fake 5 star reviews. Mr. Elson Lauren Walker and his son Shaun Walker are scammers. As of November 2023, he hasn't paid his Trinidad agent. Reach out to me on IG @lestage.visuals, we will be taking him to court for his crimes.

Reply: Mr.Walker you can't stop the shipment of my property if you never tried. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The Trinidad Agent, was paid only $200 USD for over 10 people barrels, how could you do something like that. I serve you papers and you can't come to court, is that not criminal behavior?

Worse Shipping Company Ever, they loose your barrels and every week you call is the same story over and over. A barrel hat suppose to take 2 weeks to arrive its been a month now and they cant find it or give a proper explanation. DO NOT USE THEM TO SHIP.

I recently used this company to ship one box to Trinidad and Tobago, I paid for three days by air service, purchased a ticket, went to Trinidad to receive my package, it never reach not to mention I've been calling and they been telling me to call back for two weeks now. I will never use this service again, customer service not good at all, people be aware of this company stay far.
