I don’t know anything about this company other than that they really need to scrutinize and vet their drivers better.
I just had one of their drivers cut me off on the Baybridge, almost causing an accident with three other cars because the driver of the Ultra Ex van Didn’t signal. And then this person had the audacity to flip the bird after causing a major crash. I will never ever ever use this company based on theis one driver alone.

Your driver cuts through traffic like a race cat and will cut people off. He almost hit me I had to change lanes to not smack into him. This is how your drivers are I can only imagine how bad this company is.

Always late. The most expensive "exclusive" service is supposed to be a straight delivery but it's not true. They will take 2.5 hours to drive what should take 40 minutes, so clearly they are not delivering just your delivery, they are batching it with other deliveries. That would be fine at the lower tiers, but not at the "exclusive" level.
