My husband place an order from ulta and was shipped from this warehouse. Is upsetting opening your package with your item missing worth more then $100 i really hope they open an investigation and check the cameras to see what happen until now all they have my husband do oh we have to sent a email out etc. All we want is what he purchased thats all. Make sure whoever is packing the orders they secured the items i got another package that look open with one of my items outside the brown tape. I had never in my life experienced these been a loyal customer to ulta.

I arrived 2 hrs ahead of my time, unfortunately it's by appointment times. If the vending machines aren't working, call these numbers. M-F(9am-5pm)#1,
(Sat, Sun, and holidays) #2.

Very strict on appointment. You can come little early and park but not a chance to get dock before appointment. Good friendly people. Clean restroom and waiting room. Little slow for unloading. They check and cut the seal. Back up to the dock with close doors, green tun red, they cut the seal and red turn green,you pull out enough to open the doors and back up .

As a truck driver first time here. great service start with the receptionist lady beautiful actitud, in and out pum, got my unloading dock unloaded less than hour. Thank you ULTA

Easy in and out for delivery or pick up. Go to driver check in to get a dock and to pick up paperwork after your loaded or unloaded.
