I had so many problems with UHaul in Florence! However, I came to Gadsden to drop off trucks and rent storage units. Ms. Kimberly Hackman was so kind and caring! She could tell we were all stressed over the move. She took great care of us and went above and beyond to help us and make our move easier. Great job Kimberly!!! We'll definitely be back because of you.

Good service but it's a bunch of bull that there has to be someone there so we can put stuff in a storage unit. It's freaking ridiculous. I'd add zero stars if I could
