Small company and definitely not enough room for full semi to swing through.
People are nice but they will ask for all your documents except blood work (insurance, registration, license plate, driver's license etc).
Loading was quick.
No overnight parking, blind side parking on door

The wrost experience I ever had. This is the third time my costumer gets so mad at me because of this people. Everything crush, useless, they brake everything, whatever you send they'll make it a piece of nothing. Seriously, don't use their service. They won't do anything to help the costumer. And their service is horrible. Paid $200 for shipping. And lost a costumer because of this people. If you don't know how to do your job just don't do it.

Worst experience ever. Drivers beware stay away from this place they ask for all your paperwork and will waste your whole 14 hour cycle. Arrived here at 7:00 p.m for my appt time and it's 5 a.m now still haven't finished loading me up

Service #4 if schedule by 12 noon will pick up same day. Courteous reps. Price #2 1/2 prices have gone up. Especially shipments to Az Ga and Fl

OTR drivers: First off...bring your A game. Tight spots is an understatement. Things started off a bit rough. There are trucks parked all over the place waiting for loads. There's definitely a buddy system in place here. I saw 4 drivers leave their rigs and roll out with friends. Second...You have to show every document known to mankind to the guard shack fella. I'm talking Insurance and all that.
Now, I got loaded quickly. I see that others weren't as fortunate. But I still wouldn't come back here. There's nothing that great about this place to warrant a second load.

I wish i can give them less than 1 star. UCL cargo services is horrible. Expensive. Late delivery. Very poor customer service and disorganized . i made a complaint about the poor service of thier driver and the manager called Brian got angry at me and cancelled my account. EDI is far better . I have a nightmare dealing with this company.

Save yourself and stay away from this place. Negotiate detention in advance or don't haul for less that $5 a mile or you will lose money on this load!. They load by hand and it takes at least 6hr.

I dont even know where to start, drivers are terrible dont have patient they say they do pick up from Alley stores but in reality they never do!!
driver always call and ask us to walk outside to the street and wont even wait more than 10 min as they say but reality again not even 5 minuets.
yes they are cheaper apparently than other companies but i guess you get what you pay for , not recommended at all
