Well, I woke up on Saturday morning with a pond of oil up underneath my truck. I called Kayla and explained to her the problem and she told me to go ahead and bring the truck in. When I arrived, Victor was waiting for me and immediately took the truck in. They diagnosed my problem and began working on my truck. He put his senior guy on the truck to ensure the repairs were made before end of day to eliminate any hotel fees and to put me on the road again. Kayla and Victor were very professional and efficient with getting my repairs completed and communicating all quotes and time constraints. Whomever the technician or technicians that worked on the truck did an amazing job as well. This is one of the best Freightliner places that I have been to. Thank you for your super service and compassion for us drivers. Hopefully I do not break down, but if I need assistance, I really hope that I am in that area because I know that I will be taken care of and not taken advantage of. Thank you guys!

This place has got some great people working very nice customer service orientated of course. expensive but What freightliner company isn’t right? Driving as a company driver right now, so I was told that there was some confusion on some estimates, but I believe they got it worked out. Charged $104 to prime my refrigeration unit because I ran out of fuel waiting. It was my fault, but it took 15 minutes so I was overcharged but the refrigeration unit is running. Went to go get something to eat and had no way to get there and somebody here I wanna see his name. Let me use his very nice very new Cadillac without hesitation he just said take it. I was amazed.

Can't say enough about the customer service. People who work here are great. They did not give up on our brake light issue with our RV. We appreciate you all and for letting us stay two nights.

At my Dayton Freight truck terminal, we love these guys as they make every trailer repair we have in the blink of an eye. Next up is our plow truck. We're gonna see if they can whip that shape as well.

I've been here multiple times and I love this place and I love the mechanics. Everyone is awesome, every time I need work done to my trucks they're usually fast about it! They're reasonable and fast, I have never had an issue with this place, I love it! Thank you so much! Fyi go find Derrick, he is out of this world! I'm about to bust out my other headlight just so I can go back and stare at him lol 🤣🤣🤣!!!

Come and see Mr, Keith the service department manager. He is very professional, caring person. The service I received in here is top notch. Even though I came without making an appointment, they pulled me in right away and I was back on the road in just two hours. Most importantly, they fixed all issues on my truck. Overall, very welcoming, nice people in this dealership.

Never go to this shop. Complete rip off. Charged $328.42 to change oil and front hubs. Charge $950.14 to do Trans fluid change. Charged 10 hours to diagnose TPS sensor. Came in w/ no service light, yet was told Nox sensor bad due to service light on. Charged $1100 for r&r switch for cruise co trol and Charged $625.50 to adjust gasket behind turbo. This place is a complete scam. Save your money. Truck was at shop less than 18 hours, charged for 22 hours of work. Poor communication. Guys that answer phone even in service dept can not answer simple questions.
