Help is always available from US based reps not from someone sitting in the other side of the world and don’t know anything about trucking and problems related to trucking business.I always try to get load form TQL. Annoying and imposing cold callers! We told them multiple times "please do not call us, we do not do bulk shipments and use only small package services overnight", but they keep bugging us to offer "great deals" and occupy our time. Please, change your outdated boomer sales tactics. If you keep annoying people, they will hate your product and services. It is era of the internet, not the catalogue shopping.

My first bad experience with TQl brokers over 7 years of during loads for them without a problem,Picked up load on 3/26/2024 truck broke down next day called in to broker Christopher Crovo to inform him that truck stop engine light came on and I'm headed to shop. Def system failed.Trailer was reloaded per broker. finally truck is fixed 04/05. Called in for load to get rolling only learn that can't get no loads because we have a claim against Company. No knowledgement of claim what so ever, Be aware of this broker he have no consideration for what a driver go through out here and a truck breaking down.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Javier at TQL. There was an unforeseen issue with his truck which delayed the shipment that day, but he was very communicative all the way to showing up. We were impressed with the condition of his rig and how he was able to maneuver his truck into our backyard, he made some tight spots look very easy. He was also incredibly helpful in assisting us with our large items off the truck. Javier made a stressful situation into a good one. I would definitely request him for our next delivery. TQL is a trucking company we will use again!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would... If you're a TRADESHOW Professional reading this you would understand how important and time-sensitive it is to pick up your exhibit from the convention center at the end of the show. We hired TQL allowing them to prove all of the negative comment were wrong! However, you get what you pay for! After working with a specific team member for sometime we had to walk him through all of the procedures over and over every time we had a shipment to shows. Don't say you're experienced in TRADESHOWS and you have to call over and over asking if you need a CWT (Certified Weight Ticket).

TQL failed to show up on time which caused our freight to be pushed off the floor! Which is a BIG NO when it comes to tradeshows. When this happens the exhibitor accrues a return to warehouse fee which is calculated per pound. Prior to receiving notification that the carrier was running behind. We asked the TQL representative if they would cover any additional cost if they failed to show up. Their Account Executive agreed via email that they would cover any additional cost. TQL now refuses to pay the return to warehouse fee! Agreeing to only discount future rates. That doesn't work for us because we no longer want to use them and secondly because it wasn't what we agreed upon with the Account Executive. We also know there is never a real "discounted rate" when you mark up your rates, to begin with.

I've called several supervisors and even the CEO's office only to be pushed back to their supervisors who cannot make decisions. I was informed that their attorney would be calling me. I guess to set fear in me! However, I'm still waiting to hear back from their attorney and its been over two weeks now. The bottom line here is that TQL should have made things right and paid the exhibitor back for the RTWF. Also, not to say it would have met their mission statement of "EXCEED EXPECTATIONS 24/7/365". Which was not the case here!

* AVOID THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE TQL *

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOUR IN THE TRADESHOW INDUSTRY! I gave them the opportunity and they failed at tremendously. Stick to the professional who know how to handle time sensitive freights especially ones going and coming out of Tradeshows.
