I have no problem with the storage area, just was confusing getting into the facility, was.not informed about the security code before hand. Arrived with the motor home and was not able to get into the facility, until I had to call a third time to get the code, to allow me to enter.

After receiving confirmation of our move out. Called them 5 days prior to move out, which they conveniently said no call was made knowing we can't rove otherwise, they took my money for the next month. NO ONE should rent from there!!!
