Top Auto Logistics get good marks not because transaction went without any issues - but because they showed their commitment when issues came up.
I needed my car moved from Houston, TX to Bangor, ME and the travel times needed to be as accurate as possible (I would be receiving the car myself).
Issue - they couldn’t get a transporter to deliver to Bangor as per my order and offered to deliver to Portland, ME for a higher cost - I didn’t like that, but I had pressing business to attend to - so I agreed to the price change.
Pickup date - driver couldn’t make it until the next day - flight reschedule needed, more $$ to be spent - cost adding up. Phew! Driver arrives next morning - vehicle ready to be loaded - fortunately, I ask on ETA - he’s going to be 3 days later than the latest ETA I was advised by agent and transporter’s rep… That’s a no-no. At this point, I’m frustrated. I call Top Auto Logistics, ready to cancel… Paul (I hope I got the name correct) and his colleagues get to work, pretty empathetic of the situation and professional - promise to get it sorted out and find another driver.
They find me another transporter (Universe Express) ready to pick up in a few hours and deliver to Bangor.
Transporter and driver call me shortly afterwards - communication was flawless - pickup scheduling, delivery update, the car was delivered within the advised ETA (actually a few days earlier and they stored the vehicle securely for Last Mile Delivery while I was en route to Bangor). The drivers and the rep were fantastic.
Why not a 5 star? Change in quoted fee at the last minute.

Paul and his team at Top Auto Logistics were absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. Transparent and consistent in pricing from quote to delivery; patient and flexible with my shipment dates (trust me, I was needy); and overall, just great customer service!

In the end, Top Auto IS the go-to for all auto shipping; I promise you won't be disappointed!!!

I gotta say I was really impressed with Top Auto Logistics. I bought a weird old car that was several state lines away. I was ready to pull the trigger and use some generic online transport company. That’s when my best friend Isaac recommended Top Auto Logistic. “BRO CALL THEM, YOURE NOT GONA HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, THEY SHIPPED MY LAND CRUISER FROM CALIFORNIA TO FLORIDA WITH NO PROBS”. And I did, I called Jason, he got my info and presented me to Ushma, who was great. Very polite, efficient, and gave me a great quote. I can’t stress enough how awesome they are, they managed to quickly pick up my car and have it delivered fast during the Christmas holiday. Will definitely use them in the future and I def recommend them.
