Haven't used them for any delivery but their office personnel is above par. One of the drivers delivering to a neighbor was blocking the road and decided he was entitled to do so. He literally said that he has the power to do what he did and I had to just deal with it. Also dictated that without him the world would stop. Truth be told every industry is dependant on each other and he is correct to a point but he himself is not the reason that this world revolves as it does. However when speaking with dispatch (Chris), he was patient and understanding, especially when I called in hot headed after the altercation. I'm sure these guys(drivers) have to deal with a$$hats all the time but they shouldn't jump to that conclusion right away. Calm collective conversations would have gotten things done smoothly rather than straight up aggression. Zero stars for the driver 5 stars for dispatch

TMS was consigned delivery, they called and immediately it was clear they did jot want to handle my delivery. They announced they were delivering the next day, and when I reasonable asked to make delivery arrangements for another day because of work constraints they claimed that was impossible, that delivery was only available the next day as they could not hold any freight. If That was not already inconvenient enough, they refused to provide the liftgate service to my driveway and said they would only meet me at a location 1 mile away, drop my 375 pound on the road and leave it to me to figure out how to get it to my house. If that was not acceptable they would have to send the item back to the primary long haul company for them to make different delivery arrangements. The explanation they provided for refuses to meet the delivery terms, they only had a 50+ foot truck. When I told them their website showed they had a 30 foot box truck equipped with liftgate, they claimed ignorance. Apparently it is my fault because they refuse to use a smaller truck, which they have in their inventory, to make delivery. This makes their company Useless. The -erson who called was rude, dismissive and offered no optionsmother than take it or leave and clearly presented the attitude of no wanting to bother with ,y delivery.

Find their network of drivers to be unprofessional and a hazard to the public on the road, especially the operator of TMS truck #113. Made an illegal turn crossing both lanes, cutting off oncoming traffic, all because they were too impatient to wait until it was safe to proceed. Would definitely not hire TMS nor recommend their services.

One of the drivers turned onto SE 84th Street in Preston, WA and just stopped, right in the middle of street. He blocked other traffic from being able to complete their turn onto the same street from SE Highpoint Way. I honked twice and he moved up a few feet, but then I had to pull to the left into the opposing side in order to get around him. This happened just after noon on Friday, August 31st. Driver needs a better GPS if he's going to be doing deliveries and/or learn how to pull to the side of the street as to not block traffic.

Excellent shipping (Freight Service). Gentleman that delivered my husbands tired (Stephan, I believe), displayed 100% polite , respectful, and enjoyable customer service. The young man exudes patience and professionalism. Hope he gets a healthy raise! We hope to use TMS in the future!

Quick delivery. Driver was very helpful and polite. When I spoke to the person in the office who sets up the shipment and delivery they were courteous and made sure that I was taken care of. Recommended A++

Unprofessional company with a lack of knowledge on how to deal with customers. Worked with Mike, and he truly only has his own agenda in mind, and was belligerent over the phone multiple times when requesting a specific ship date. If you are reading this, do not use this company.

Family owned business that has been around for over 100 years. The employees are courteous and helpful. I would suggest them over any other carrier. Large corporations just don’t care about their customers the way small businesses do.
