I'm grateful for coworkers taking me to this place.... I found some nice items for less then the ticket price. Customer Service can use some work but other than that, it was alright with me.

I own one of their Thermos containers. It works great. It keeps my ice water cold all day. In fact, there's still ice left in it after 10 hours! After several years a part on my lid assembly broke. It's just the tiny silicon band that helps the lid open and close. I checked on-line and I couldn't find this little band. All I could find was the entire lid assembly. This was over $15.00! I wrote directly to Thermos, inquiring if I could just buy the band. Yesterday, I was so shocked to receive an entire lid in the mail....free! This company understands customer service. I'm now a customer for life!

This place is soooo cheap! Oh my goodness. They are still paying $7.25 for someone to work there. With all the jobs closing in Batesville this needs to be the one closing its door!! Just the same people go there year after year. Some people have worked over a year and not hired fulltime and still make minimum wage. Its a shame they think they can't do any better. Don't work there unless its your last resort.

My Thermos bottle made in Batesville has been my trust companion for over 25 years. But it has recently lost it's vacuum and I need a new one. I refuse to buy one made in China. Does Batesville still make thermos bottles?
