Horrible experience my package was never sent or even scanned into the system.I had time sensitive documents that were never received and that caused great hardship for me.I will not go here again.

I was just there to buy a roll of stamps. When I got home, I checked what the going rate was on stamps. $.68/stamp. While the service at this place was fine, they charged a little over .10cents more for a stamp, $78.50/roll, than anywhere else I have been to. I most likely will not buy stamps there again.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS!! I have been shipping items through work for over 20 years and this is the most expensive place to send anything that I have ever seen. They charged my wife $350 to overnight some documents (yes, you read that right). This company is flat out scamming people and has extremely high profit margins. I would not use this place as a last resort even if it meant my job was on the line. Stay away.

I have been a customer and a renter of my mailbox, since moving to Albany in 2014. Always the best one-on-one customer service. Roger, the owner of the ‘Shipping Store’, is a very down-to-earth friendly person. He will and does, go far beyond to provide the best quality services for packaging, posting, labeling and shipping. The rates for the rented mailboxes are very reasonable compared to USPS or other similar businesses. My mail and packages are always secured and I don’t have to worry about the safety of my personal mail, unlike what I have to worry about my mailbox close to my house.

The store is suppose to open at 9. I waited until 9:15 and still nobody had showed up to open. This is not acceptable for any business to operate this way. I saw 3 cars come and go why I waited for the 15 minutes.
