Jean is just phenomenal. I ship many packages to my sister in Canada and she is always helping me with the customs paperwork which can be so confusing. Despite no longer living on Oakland I only go to Jean for my shipping needs.

This is my go-to place for all my shipping needs- kind, trustworthy staff, a clean locally owned shop with great customer service. They ship with UPS & FedEx, plus have P.O. Boxes and can serve as a notary. added benefit of a vegan Thai soup recipe in their photo booth area- no need to ever go elsewhere!

Everyone in line ahead of me and behind me was told "oh, we don't do (insert service) here". Confusing and waste of time. Staff was nice but still :/

Excellent service. I was helped by the Notary who greeted everyone who entered the shop. She was careful about the documents, made sure I affirmed the content, did a once over before stamping the paperwork and smiled the whole time. I overheard the other worker helping a customer on the computer being equally pleasant and thorough when the customer needing help. Excellent customer service. They act like they value your business and enjoy working with people.

Extremely friendly and honest employees. They will help you find the best shipping price for your item. And they help with your packaging as well. One of the greatest things about this place is that you can ship your USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages, making it very convenient. Sometimes they have recycle boxes for sale for your items making the grand total shipping charge cheaper.

6 stars. While the place can get busy sometimes due to its location, the staff are well organized and go out if their way to help. There is also parking behind the building, making quick stops easy when the metered street parking is full. Reasonable rates and tons of service besides mail.
