I had to ship a box to Italy and Lasine at the counter was extremely courteous and helpful. She made sure to get the addresses and other details correct, and helped me to select and pack the shipping box. I will use this service again for any domestic or international shipping requirements - a very good agent for DHL.

Worst company ever. I’d give it a 0 if I could. 3 times my packages have gone missing that I shipped with them. They don’t even give receipts. Better off going directly to the post office. Save your money and your time.
