Used to be a great place when Rhona owned it. HUD is is supposedly in charge now, and it has really gone downhill.

I LOVE LIVING HERE, EVEN IF IT IS CLASSIFIED AS LOW INCOME HOUSING, THAT'S THE ONLY THING ALLOWING ME TO AFFORD ANYWHERE TO LIVE ON MY FIXED INCOME AND BEING DISABLED. SO THANKS Rona!
