They are extremely nice and helpful. The directions on maps us incorrect however. It always puts you outside a febcef area and tells you that you have arrived. It is true it is on the other side of the fence, but then you must find your way around the fence. Taking Pacheco Blvd then turning left, right after Center, on First St., and then making your way to the back by the fence, next to the Harley shop is a better way.

This is a great place to store. Been here over 5 years. They have always done right by me. They are understanding and helpful, very friendly. Unlike the big chains they don't raise your rent every year and in the long run you get a much more competitive rate. So glad I stored here.

I had a unit here for nearly 10 years. At one point i had 2 units. The rent was truly affordable. Management was firm yet respectful. They did a great job maintaining the property. It was clean and repairs were made in a timely manner. They made rounds of the property to keep it secure and in order which resulted in very few problems or break ins.
Things turned bad when they change management. Break ins were becoming regular accurances. Property stopped being clean and repairs don't seem priority any longer. Billing is a mess. Management is immature and has no respect for the people renting their. On multiple occasions I witnessed management using foul language towards customers and charging service charges without any notice. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Need to change my review... I only gave 2 stars because the staff appear to be friendly and helpful. However... There is no accountability for the security of our belongings. There are no cameras in the buildings that our storages are in. On weekends when staff is gone there are random people all over the place. My unit was broken into and much stolen. The storage across the hallway had the lock and latch literally ripped off and unit was wide open. And part of the paperwork we sign says they are in no way responsible for stolen items and recomend getting insurance. Some things are not insurable. Things which has value to you much more than monetary value. Don't we get storages to keep our things safe? I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second time around for me with this storage unit company, first time had a pleasant experience. This time around in the beginning the new management would not give courtesy notice or any kind of notice before just adding on a $15 late fee, then if you don't pay the within 3 days of the late fee another fee is added of $25. My storage unit is due on the 28th of the month, and by the 13th my bill was up to $120, that's not including more late fees I'm sure they keep adding! A rip-off! Definitely will never use them again. The only plus is that the owners are friendly.

Absolutely love the people that run the place and love how awesome they have been the entire time I've had my unit here! They work with me so I don't lose my things when I fall on hard times and really care about their tenants all the way around!

My unit was broken into thousands of dollars worth of stuff was ripped off . conveniently there was no video even though they have cameras facing towards my unit that I had there at the time . I am looking for a storage unit right now . I will not recommend this place and I will never go there again.

Professional, helpful and friendly. The managers at this facility are wonderful. My family has had decades of using storage facilities and from that experience the managers are what make or break the facility. Jen and Gerry are the best.
