Maureen was of no help. they are holding five pallets of inventory of ours and they say they want to hold it for nine days before delivering it. What kind of crazy Ness is it to hold someone’s inventory for nine days before letting it go?

I should call the police on this place after the way they delivered medical supplies, blocked my husband in a room, yelled at him the entire time while delivering AND ran almost 4 hours late.

Since I cannot reply to this review, mostly due to the set up here. This was for medical supplies with Fresenius aka NXstage, please contact them further. That driver shows up again, police are involved.

This has to be one of the worst LTL carriers in the US. They are always late and use a very generic "AN INCIDENT HAS OCCURRED WHICH MAY RESULT IN A SERVICE DELAY" with every shipment. This takes a 1-day delivery time to more than a week. Try someone else...

Inaccurate tracking every time. Not updated when there’s a delay you absolutely have to call to figure out what’s going on. Never happened when it was UPS freight
