My package was delivered yesterday somewhere but not at my home, I called them and the man said we did our job, but did you, I guess they just drop packages anywhere. My address is williamstown new jersey not monroe new jersey, but the zip code was right. So where is my package it would be nice if they found it. I asked them tell me where you dropped my package off at and I will go and get it. Normally companies take a picture. There was no picture on my device.

They lost my half pallets. I sent my warehouse camera recording to see missing half pallet.They don’t take responsibility and pay back. Their sales representatives who take care my claim are playing us about 1 months. ı will definitely open case with my lawyer and follow case. every single day explain cases to somebody who is from t force side makes me tired and mad. because they dont want to understand and help you. they want save money and intimidate you

I have ordered numerous packages (north of 5) and for each package it says that the delivery has been delayed by a day since the day the package was delivered to the warehouse. I have spoken to numerous representatives and provided each tacking number and my contact information in order to receive information once the distribution team got back to customer service and each day goes by and not one word. I keep being told to wait for my Zara packages to come but I now have 5 days to return items in my order (which I ordered July 8th) and I am worried I will never receive any of the packages. Over the phone I have been told numerous times that COVID is an issue in me receiving my packages but I have received all of my other packages from FEDEX and UPS within at MOST 3 days of ordering. COVID is NOT an excuse especially given how horrible their tracking information has been as well as their communication with the dispatch team. I have tried to work with them but they are very difficult.

There delivery drivers are thieves. My order was from an online store and there delivery person stolen each and everything from box and left empty box infront of my door. Shame on them..

Said we have wrong dimension and weight of shipment.
Even we have images to show the weight and dimension is correct.

COMPLETE SCAM. Whatever you do don’t use this as a shipping service because you will never receive your package. They said they left it in the “front lobby” and they showed me a picture of my package at the top of an abandoned staircase that I’ve never seen before - definitely wasn’t even my building. I’ve been on the phone with them for four days in a row and every day they tell me to “call back the next day call back the next day, we don’t know anything about it, we’ll open an internal investigation, call back the next day”. And they say the same thing each time I call. This is the biggest scam and you’re just gonna lose all of your packages. And I love how they just keep replying the same little scripted message to each terrible review. I hope you guys go out of business immediately

Systematically unloading the parcels to the non -working hours of my office. They spit on the safety of your goods! Rain not a problem, for drop outside packs that threw it at the door!

I can't believe how fast I received my package. The TForce driver couldn't find my address because my house sits off the road. He called me and found my location. The driver went the extra mile and demonstrated very professional and outstanding performance. I could go on and on about my experience with t-force.
