2024: Again really really wish I could give them NO stars. My package supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Keep going after the time allowed for deliveries and then update is that my package is delayed! Yes delayed by inept delivery staff. And only get email update from people half way around the world who doesn’t even know what’s happening at the delivery locations. Ugh…so frustrating. Wish businesses would stop using them but guess they are cheap. But you get what you paid for…in our cases not our package. And look at the owners ‘canned’ response. Says the same ‘nothing’ to every complaint.

I would give them no stars if I could. First their web update method is terrible. They were late with delivery. They delivered after my ups mailbox store closed but said it was delivered! The store closer at 6pm but delivery update said delivered at 6:43pm. I inquired about it and they sent a picture of the delivery. They had just left it outside and it wasn’t even the correct delivery door. I compared their picture to the actual address door! Why would you just drop it at a business door for anyone to just pick it up!! No accountability or common sense on people they hire. Don’t know where the package is.

Update is that I still want to give them 0 stars!!! We should be able to give negative stars. They are still the worst delivery company ever. They always missed the cutoff time for delivery and when I message them stating the UPS store closes at 6pm. They rely (which is amazing) but the reps are halfway around the world (can see the names) and they just spit out pre written responses that never fixes the issues. Sooooo frustrating. It’s so true - you get what you pay for.

One star is actually being generous. Believe all the previous bad reviews. This company has got to be the worst courier in the entire bay area. They were supposed to deliver my package back in February 6th but they couldn’t due to “unsafe release” I live in an apartment with 24/7 security and front desk with signs everywhere describing how and where to deliver. They attempted once and never tried again. I had to do the run around for both Zara and Tforce to locate my package. Heard nothing from Tforce, just to find out they couldn’t find my package. Sounds like their employees might stealing packages, since there seems to be no repercussion for stealing merchandise in the Bay Area. Someone need to report this place for bad practice there are enough examples to file a police report.

They delivered my ZARA package to someone else’s door. The proof of delivery picture and my front door don’t match yet i havent received any updates yet and i fear that i will never receive my package back.

Worst experience.

Update: They came back saying there was no discrepancies in the delivery. I have video footage of my front door not receiving a package on that day. I dont understand how can they lie to customers like that.

Almost every single package that is supposed to be delivered by this company has been sent back to the original sender without any Attempts to deliver the package to me. The company always responds to me right away, saying that the package was returned to sender, and when I asked why they do not respond at all. I have thousands of dollars in missing packages due to this company. They have wasted so much of my time and money. Awful company

Recently purchased an item from Nordstrom and Nordstrom used this courier to deliver my mis-delivered package. The courier company stated that they delivered my package to my address and even had proof via a picture but the picture was of someone else’s house. They said they would investigate the matter further and came up with the same verdict, it was delivered to the right address. I wasn’t allowed to provide any proof on my behalf. It was not delivered to my house. I would not have created two separate inquiry tickets and one call later if in fact my paid product was delivered to my house. Terrible business! Terrible business mindset! Terrible customer service and incompetent delivery staff. How do you drop off a package to the wrong address and feel good about it. Terrible work ethic! You only had one job sir/madam and you failed. Please TFORCE, don’t respond about how apologetic your company is and how we strive to satisfy our customers with due diligence and precision to detail. Your consistent 1 star reviews and actions speak for them selves. Actions speak louder then words. You failed!

My wife and I have both ordered from Nordstrom recently and received the message, “TForce attempted to deliver your package today, but unfortunately missed you.” However, we were home all day, and they never actually attempted to deliver our package. Terrible logistics company that Nordstrom should replace ASAP.

Pay attention to negative reviews. Apparently delivered package but was no where to be found. They did not buzz my apartment building either to deliver it inside. All they sent after I called them was a very blurry photo of a package outside my building on the steps. Denied claim for my lost item

The absolute worst delivery service I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with with. Despite multiple calls telling them that they cannot deliver my package after 4pm as the location is a business they still try to deliver it at night. I just checked today and again it’s out for delivery and it’s 5:30 now. I just called yesterday for the 3rd time to tell them to stop delivering at night. Unbelievably ridiculous!!!
