My husband was in need of home health care when he was released from UMC in El Paso. They wisely suggested Tender Care. We were so fortunate to have Angela assigned to him. She was attentive and always wanted the best for my husband. He then went through 10 total brain radiations and just went down each day from there. Angela (the best home care nurse EVER) suggested hospice to give him more care which we did. We then met Joe who explained everything. The next day we met Christy who was an amazing nurse and helped us through the entire process. Father Andres was wonderful and his administration of the last rites was so special and helped the entire family to accept what was ahead of us. Tina the social worker was also very nice and I must say that Eileen did a wonderful job of bathing him and trying to teach us how. In summary, we are very happy we chose Tender Care and thank you all for everything.

I received outstanding support and guidance from Tender Care Health. My story: My father was terminally ill & I was his sole caretaker. By coincidence, someone overheard my phone conversation regarding my father and he stepped up to recommended contacting Tender Care. I was surprised how fast they were able to take action. Within 2 hours of my first phone call, Julie S. came over to speak to my father and I, about his situation. After that, they got the ball rolling and took immediate action. Dealing with father's illness required a lot of considerations, planning and help. I would not have been able to carry all of the weight on my shoulders without the great staff and support at Tender Care. Everything went smoothly and well-coordinated for handling my father's situation. As my fathers illness steadily and consistently worsened, new challenges and questions came up - everyone at Tender Care was very experienced, supportive and helpful. I'd like to thank the following staff at TCH&H: Tina who is an outstanding and caring social worker. Tina supported me before and after my father's passing, as my fathers illness had taken a huge toll on me. Tina really made a difference for me. Julie S. for her dedicated support, coordination and recommendations in decision-making. Chaplain Andres was also a great help with my fathers passing. Monique had a very positive impact (during 2021), after fathers coma. I really can't thank the staff at Tender Care enough. I did the best I could for my father - thanks to these wonderful people.

We would like to thank Tender Care Home Health & Hospice for the excellent care they gave our mother during her time in hospice. The staff treated her with kindness and respect during a very difficult time. Her healthcare team including Christy and Eileen along with Chaplain Andres were so comforting to her and our family. Tender Care Home Health and
Hospice had my grandmother under their care. As a nurse myself I saw the true compassion of the staff members to include: Father Andres, Joseph, Christy, who was both her palliative and hospice nurse in New Mexico, Loudres RN, April RN, Tina, BSW, and Adriana, CNA. They should be recognized for their true care and also in assisting our family!

Tender Care Home Care is absolutely the best in patient care. I have had experience with a few different Las Cruces providers over the years but this company's personnel are so well trained, courteous and give each client the individual care they need. Even the office personnel is "First Class." I am a caregiver for my husband and whenever I have a concern, it is addressed immediately. I'm just so grateful I have finally found a company that actually cares about their customers and strives to be the best! THANKS, TENDER CARE!!

12.28.2021 Not very happy with the service being provided to my mom. Nurses are unorganized and do not follow a schedule and if there is a schedule one is not provided to the family. Our previous nurse was hands OFF and did very little to help. No direction given to the family on how to better help. We have NOT been provided a plan of action for her care, everyone says there is one but we don't have it. Only gave 2 stars because one nurse has been effective but she has not been around. Short leash as we will be looking elsewhere after the New Year if things do not improve.

Do not let these unprofessional people anywhere near your home. They (Erica) showed up at our home yelling, accusing me of preventing anyone from entering our home, elder abuse, threatening to call adult protective services and the police all because their burner phones are sent to spam. They have a personal agenda to not help at all but find a way to report you for not having a clean home, abusing your care partner and not answering their messages. When you are a caregiver you are 24/7 caring for your partner. Erica shouted, yelled, criticized and didn’t offer to help in any way. These people need to be reported, and I have, to proper agencies. When you are a caregiver you have enough on your plate without wondering if your floor is clean enough for Erica. They lie and manipulate. What they don’t do is offer to help, just accuse. Avoid.

Highly recommend.. They are very attentive to my needs of wound care, They along with doctor resolve my issues. They arrive on time, and are always cheerful. They offer much education for self-care. Everyone of the approximately 5 nurses has been great. I want to particularly cite Cristina
