We had a scheduled delivery appointment on 12/22, but no one was present when my driver arrived at 12:36 pm on 12/22/2023. Can you help us out? We arrived at your warehouse at the specified time as outlined in the contract.

I've had nothing but bad experiences here. I had a clutch cable on my tractor break. I called and talked to someone claiming to be head of the service department. That person didn't know what a clutch cable is. I took my chainsaw in multiple times. They had it for 2 months. When I finally got it back, I found out they ruined the engine. They had to replace it. What made me quit doing business here is what happened with my 7510. White smoke was coming out the the exhaust. The head mechanic said the engine was burning oil because it had bad rings and needed to be replaced because they no longer overhaul engines. He refused to believe me that burning oil makes blue smoke and white smoke means it was burning water. He and I got in a 3 month long argument. I scheduled 3 appointments with them to send out a mechanic. They missed all 3. I called and he said they missed the last one because they had 7 tractors catch fire. Then he tried selling me the same engine that was catching fire. When I said no he said they would never work on my tractor again unless I bought the engine that was catching fire. I started looking for a new mechanic. The next week I found out I was correct that there had been nothing wrong with my engine. The turbo was failing and water was getting into the engine. The fans in the turbo failed and ripped apart. That sent metal into pistons 1 and 2. That ruined the engine. It went from a $1k repair to a $13k repair. This is the second or third time I've had to write this review. It keeps getting deleted

No sense of urgency when waiting for parts which they rarely have in stock. I dread going there because of the long wait times. Glad we have Amazon. Customer service has really improved the last few months. Keep it up.
